The history of its operation roots back to 1985 when it focused mostly on residential buildings. The great desire for growth and tremendous experience gained in this segment of civil engineering made the company take up new construction challenges over time. This way, it expanded its portfolio and today can pride itself on rich experience in investments, starting with residential buildings, through office buildings, commercial buildings, warehouses, public use buildings, to embassies and complex structures for the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Every investment is developed with respect for the principles of ethics and natural environment. Amiram Sivan Ltd runs its business in a way that can satisfy both private and institutional clients. It accomplishes its goals thanks to passion for creation, high effectiveness and professionalism.
In Poland, Amiram Sivan Ltd. focuses on residential construction. It has completed tasks in the biggest cities of Poland – Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań or Lublin. Its portfolio includes also private investments, e.g. in Konstancin near Warsaw.
Covenant Group Ltd. was established in 2005 by Eyal Gabay as a holding company to combine all of the founder’s investments and operations. Eyal Gabay (President) and Tamar Gabay (CEO & CFO) have been managing the company from the very beginning.

Our team
Nezah Mashiah
President of the Management Board. Master of Science and Engineer in the field of civil engineering. He manages the development of SIVANET group. He has over 40 years of experience in construction and development industry, including over 15 years in Poland.
Dariusz Patrzyk
He is the project coordinator. He has been in the industry for 15 years. In his career, he has coordinated big, multi-stage residential and commercial projects in Wrocław and Poznań. Currently, he is involved in stage 3 of "Bułgarska 59" project in Poznań.
Katarzyna Mazurek
Coordinator of Millanova Apartments projects in Warsaw. She's been active in the real estate industry for 20 years. She has gained experience mainly in residential and commercial projects in Warsaw.
Dorota Szot
Sale and Marketing Director. She has been involved in sales for 17 years, including 7 years in the real estate industry. She has gained professional experience mostly on the residential market.
Katarzyna Waluch
Office Manager. She supports development project sale processes and manages the office of SIVANET Group.
